Morrow Equipment, 425 Route 312, is seeking site plan approval from the Town of Southeast Planning Board and variances from the Zoning Board of Appeals in connection with that application. As requested by the Town,
the applicant will continue the view study for the Morrow Equipment site on Saturday and Sunday- October 7 and 8, 2017 between the hours of 8 am and 3 pm (unless weather affects the safety of the equipment). The machine will be placed in the “at rest” location behind the future building (as it was set on Friday and Saturday, September 29 and 30, 2017). This additional time is to allow residents to view the machine from off-site. Access to the proposed building site during this study requires permission from the property owner.
